We are a digital personal lines broker, focused on selling household insurance to the affluent market through smartphones, using proprietary technology. We are about to start trading, and are increasing the size of our team.

We are looking for dynamic individuals, who are willing to develop cross-disciplinary skills in a fast growing business.

Our objective is to help customers identify and buy the optimal cover for their circumstances. We do that primarily through our digital channel, but all channels are important and your interactions with our customers will inform all our customer facing processes. We care about the customer experience, from new business, to claims, to renewals.

You will have a broad skill set, with experience of front-line customer facing roles, and able to provide high quality service to customers. Candidates will be responsible for dealing with all aspects of insurance policies from inception, to include new business, renewals, mid term adjustments and claims. The business handled by you will be predominantly Personal Lines Household risks.

You will be given significant responsibility from the start. You will have the opportunity to develop your existing skills, and you will be encouraged to be involved in all aspects of the business including social media, marketing, and be part of our team assisting insurers with the design of new product features based on our customer data.
