We are a digital insurance broker, focused on selling household insurance to the affluent market through smartphones, using genetic algorithm technology and behavioural science. We are increasing the size of our team.
We are looking for dynamic individuals, who are willing to develop cross-disciplinary skills in a fast growing business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing the loyalty proposition and delivering it though online channels
- Managing the loyalty pages on the website and customer feedback
- Developing the loyalty journey, identifying positive and negative triggers
- Analysis of the loyalty programme to create briefs for marketing campaigns
You will have a track record in developing and managing an effective loyalty programme. You will have owned the end to end customer journey through loyalty and be able to provide key insight into the drivers behind loyalty and how to develop key action plans.
You will be given significant responsibility from the start. You will have the opportunity to develop your existing skills, and you will be encouraged to be involved in all aspects of the business including social media, marketing, and be part of our team assisting insurers with the design of new product features based on our customer data.
